Presentation of Digital Twin Technologies for Drug Development at ICLR 2025

This event is in the past
The Virtual Patients & Environments (VPE) team at the BioMed X Institute, supported by recently participated in the MLGenX workshop at the International Conference on Learning Representations (ICLR) 2025, held in Singapore on April 27.
The team presented ongoing research focused on the use of digital twin technology in the context of drug discovery and development. Their contribution included two interactive, open-source AI agents—Talk2Biomodels and Talk2KnowledgeGraph—developed under the AIAgents4Pharma initiative. Both tools are publicly available on GitHub and aim to facilitate novel approaches to biomedical model exploration and knowledge representation.
A recording of the presentation is accessible here.
This work is part of an ongoing effort to integrate AI-driven tools into preclinical R&D workflows, strengthening collaboration between academia and industry.
We acknowledge the technical support provided by Code Ocean, Vultr, and the NVIDIA NIMS and RAPIDS teams, which enabled the computational infrastructure required for the live demonstrations.
